Home School Charter
The main aim of The King’s School is to develop the potential of each student to the full in order to achieve
‘Success For All.’
We strive to promote a broad, balanced range of learning experiences in an atmosphere of mutual respect. We stress traditional values of good conduct and high achievement while also seeking to prepare students to be ready to accept the implications and responsibilities of belonging to an ever changing society and a wider community.
We believe that the atmosphere in School should be based on the following rights and, of course, responsibilities.
Everyone has the:
Right to be Safe
The responsibility to ensure own and others safety;
Right to be Respected
The responsibility to treat others with respect;
Right to Learn
The responsibility to ensure that they and others can learn well.
We believe strongly in the partnership between students, parents and the School. This document sets out the expectations we have as a school and our commitment to your child.
