Comenius

The King’s School has strong links with Schools worldwide. We develop learning resources and shared projects throughout the curriculum. We aim to widen our students’ appreciation of the world, the different cultures, history and schooling.

The Comenius Project

The King’s School received funding from the British Council to support European Student Exchanges and lifelong learning.

Students from the King’s School hosted visiting pupils and teachers from Hungary, Slovenia, The Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Sicily. In exchange our students then travelled into Europe to experience the different cultures, history and school environment. The theme of the project work was Arts meets Maths. The students made lasting friendships with their partners in Europe.
